How to use the 4ward-events platform ?

  • To open the event platform , type in 4ward-events.com into your smartphone and insert the event password you have been supplied with - you now have full access to your event platform
  • There are a number of listed sections on the platform which gives specific information to you by clicking on each heading i.e Event Management Plan, Crowd Safety Measures etc
  • The exact location of the event is included on the first page of the platform under ‘View map’ and directions to the event can be accessed via Google Maps
  • You are encouraged to familiarise yourself with all of the details in each section so that you have a full understanding of the event - you can also provide information requested from the public by opening up the relevant section of the platform
  • FAQ’s are included in each section to assist you in accessing any information easily - there are images uploaded of key information including residents passes, LUAS timetables etc.
  • There is an emergency messaging facility on the platform - once activated you will receive a message in ‘red’ with the relevant information and standby for further instructions
  • Numbers of attendees at the event may be regularly updated and can be viewed on the first page of the platform ( Not in use yet)
  • Numbers of car in the car parks ( in percentage terms ) may also be regularly updated and can be viewed on the first page of the platform ( Not in use yet)
